Retail casinos in Massachusetts produced $96.6m of combined revenue during January 2026, representing a fall of 1.4% year-over-year. Encore Boston Harbor led all retail gaming establishments in Massachusetts by generating $59.7m of casino revenue for January 2026 but decreased 2.9%.
MGM Springfield and Plainridge Park Casino generated January 2026 casino revenues of $22.8m and $14.1m, respectively, equating to an increase of 0.2% for the MGM Resorts International property and 2.8% growth for Plainridge Park Casino.
Total slot revenue reported by the three properties increased 5.4% to $69.8m during January 2026, while Massachusetts’ table game revenue decreased 15.4% from the prior year period to just over $26.8m.
